Businessman Elon Musk is reportedly looking for a house to buy in Portugal.

Following reports of Elon Musk landing in Portugal on 5 July in his private jet, new reports have now emerged that the billionaire is looking to buy a property in Portugal.
According to 'Sol' newspaper, Elon Musk is looking for a house to buy, and he has left a representative in Portugal with the aim of finding the perfect property.

Robert and all foreigners who are in Portugal legally are welcomed and have the right to express their opinions. Nobody is doing things for Andreia's convenience and yes it is now Robert's country if he is a legal resident. He has the right to become a citizen if he so chooses, and he has the right to have a voice on how the country is run. Get used to it!

I don't have the slightest problem with any foreigners (I'm one myself) coming to Portugal to buy property. It might be that Musk's extreme wealth is provoking the hate from a few jealous losers in the comments section. A rich foreigner is never responsible for a Portuguese person's poverty.

As a born and raised Portuguese who grew up in America, I welcome Elon Musk, Donald Trump, Joe Biden, and anyone that wants to feel welcome and respected, this is who we are as Portuguese citizens. We welcome all people with open arms. Elon Musk is a great patriot, libertarian, and a person who has done more than any politician and any other person IMHO on this planet to reduce carbon emissions, reduce our consumption for fossil fuels, stand for free speech, and provide lightening speed internet in the most rural areas of the world. It's people like the last poster Robert, who give Americans a bad name and lack respect for Trump and Elon, who love the USA and are doing more to protect and improve quality of life for all. Elon, Trump and Biden, we welcome you with open arms in Portugal.
